Spotless Restoration & Carpet Care
Spotless Restoration & Carpet Care
Spotless Restoration & Carpet Care is a water damage and cleaning company working across Mesa and the East Valley. We started with carpet and upholstery, which is how most of this trade starts. Extraction wands, air movers and dehumidifiers are the same tools whether the water came from a shampoo pass or a broken supply line, and the crew that already knows how a carpet dries is the crew you want when the carpet is soaked through to the pad.
Mesa houses fail in their own particular ways. Almost nothing here has a basement, so water does not pool where you can see it. It runs sideways under tile and laminate, wicks up drywall, and sits in the pad while the surface looks dry. Copper under a post-tension slab pinholes and the first sign is a warm patch on the floor or a water bill that doubled. In July the roof takes an inch of rain in twenty minutes and the ceiling stain shows up on Thursday.
So we work off meters instead of guesses. Every job starts with a moisture map of the affected rooms, and you get the before numbers, the daily numbers and the final numbers. If a wall is dry, we say so and leave it alone. If the pad is gone, we say that too, and we say it before anyone starts cutting.
Call the number at the top and someone picks up. Nights, weekends and the middle of a monsoon count as normal hours in this line of work.
